Application to Purchase City Owned Vacant Lots

  1. Purchase Offer Application

    All offers must contain the required documents as necessary for review. Applications that don't contain all the necessary documents may result in a rejected offer or a delay in the formal review process.

  2. If LLC, or other business entity, enter the name of the responsible signatory.

  3. If no address please provide the Section, Block, Lot number.

  4. Required Document Submission

    Please use the file upload fields below to submit the required forms as necessary. Application cannot be submitted until all required documents are attached.

  5. Form must be complete and electronically signed before submitting.

  6. Must be 2 consecutive months

  7. Must be signed

  8. Skip if purchaser isn't using a loan

  9. Submit the 2 most recent pay stubs

  10. Offers by any LLC must include a TP584 which lists all owners
